It's rare that I end up ahead of a trend, but that was the case six years ago when I embarked on a frustrating search for a particular sort of cabinet for a corner of my open kitchen/dining room.

I recently bought an armoire for my wife and I as a 30th anniversary present. I hope we make it to the 17th, but this closet-type furniture is trying our patience putting it together. We've been looking for a right size armoire for several months.
