(RTTNews) - Glenmark Pharmaceuticals informed that the Board approved conversion of $8 million zero coupon FCCBs into 8.10 lakh equity shares of Rs. 2 each at a price of Rs. 431.197 per share each out of $ 20 million FCCBs issued in 2005.

Dec 27 (Interfax) - The Russian Finance Ministry intends to place up to 225 billion rubles in Federal Loan Bonds (OFZ) and up to 80 billion rubles in state savings bonds (GSO) in 2007, according to material prepared for a Thursday government meeting, at which the placement of state bonds in 2007 will be discussed.
