Areas Historic District guidelines are too strict
A few days ago, I read the article in The Standard about the color used in painting Baskin Robbins Ice Cream shop. I was appalled appalled at the lack of research and consideration that the corporate managers of Baskin Robbins used in deciding their color of choice for our town.
