BBC Business - Japan Tobacco has agreed to buy Silk Cut cigarette maker Gallaher in a $19bn ( 9.6bn) deal, in the largest foreign takeover by a Japanese firm yet. The cash offer of 11.40 ($22) a share has been accepted by Gallaher's board, and covers its debts
