Brookfield Homes Corp. (NYSE: BHS) has a new residential neighborhood under way in Chula Vista. The Courtyards at Windingwalk begins previews Feb. 3, with a sales trailer opening Casa Morro Street. Pricing at The Courtyards is expected to start in the low $400,000s.
