LaBelle halts tour (Cut Emerald Engagement Ring)


LaBelle halts tour
Patti LaBelle won't be coming to Cleveland with her gospel tour. ``The Gospel According to Patti'' is being canceled, the singer announced Monday, citing differences with the tour's promoter.
Rules of engagement
Visitors : visas will not be required, simply a passport or national identity card. Visitors can stay for three months without working, or indefinitely if they are entirely self-sufficient. It is unlikely passports will be stamped.
