Authorities identify man found along bank of Napa River
NAPA - Authorities have identified 40-year-old William Clyde Cowen as the man found dead along the bank of the Napa River on Wednesday. Cowen, a homeless man who lived in the Napa area, was found by a fisherman along the riverbank off Riverside Drive and Oak Street, authorities said.
